Return policy-If an item is misrepresented and differs from the listing on our website, customers have 30 days from the auction end date to return the item and receive
compensation.
Auction Policy- We post hundreds of items daily. Each item has a posted closing time. You must create an account to bid. Every auction item has a countdown clock indicating the time left before closing. If a higher bid is placed as an auction is closing, the clock will reset to allow additional bids and will continue to do so if active bidding persists.
Pickup Policy- You can pick up your items within 5 days from the auction end date. Please schedule a pickup appointment. Our store is located at: 500 Church St N. Concord, NC 28025
Same Day Pickup Policy- Our system requires overnight processing; same-day pickups are not allowed.
Unable to Pickup Policy- If you're unable to pick up an item, a family member or friend can do so on your behalf. Please ensure the appointment is made under your name. Alternatively, you can email our customer support to request an extension for a few extra days.
Missing Items Policy- If you were notified about a missing item, it has already been credited to your HT Auctions account. If you notice a missing item and weren’t notified, please inform our office
